Looking back, a very special day to me
Looking back,
I still remember the first day we met at Pointwest technologies last year same month FEBRUARY; it’s a very awkward day for the both of us, as that day we will be interrogated by managers and considering my chances in getting the job I’m sure they will pick and choose you. But that’s fate, I said to myself; I can always find and aim another job but I cannot lose this chance of knowing your name.
So there’s I was seating beside her in a couch, I approach her - MEE: Hello, Are you here for an interview? HER: Yep (I supposed that was the exact word) MEE: For what position? HER: QA (Bear in mind never to talk to Stranger – she limit herself to 3-2 characters per word) MEE: Ah ok, (Oh God give me a sign) and for about 10 seconds we were in complete silence. MEE: Can I have your number? Just want someone to talk to when this dilemma is all done. Just want to know if you’re one that get the job or what (But at the back of my mind, Please give it to me so that I could know you more) HER: Ah ok (I’ll give him my Sun number, for I don’t want to be rude…he seems to be a nice person). It’s 0922????? Yahdah Yahdah MEE: Thank you I’ll let you know when I got the job or not. (Yes, She gave me her number YEHEY… ah wait is this for real, just to make sure I’ll give her a ring! RINGBACK: Di ko kayang tangapin na mawawala ka na sa akin. I’m just kidding) It’s for real I really got her number. Then there it was the first day I met HER, my life has never been the same again (In a nice way).
I don’t want to disclose anymore information; it’s between MEE and HER. Hehehe It’s been a year since that day, same month same day- the only differences is now where no longer strangers. We had lapses on our way but we sure make it, Hon thank you for saying yes enough of this drama… it only makes me smile and come to think of it ANGARA ng BUHAY hahaha. ILOVE you so much.
